My number one question is about family - I want him to be able to be around for kids when that time comesso how realistic is it to expect him to be there for their sporting games or whatever they're doing. I worry it will only be worse when the kids grow older. Lots of good hearty healthy food. Give them a hour to de-stress once they get home. That settles it for me. I'm still holding on and willing to wait for "Better days" with him after his residency. You join the LDS Church.
Certainly there are such people in the church, but there are such people in any organization, and I would challenge you to remember that the members are also individuals with thoughts, feelings and the ability to rebel in their own ways. Then she took a vacation to Utah and in her letter to me she stated that she had seen the Temple, and I never heard from her again. The independent work is just as important as the work we do as a couple. She honestly believes that she has the truth, and that if you are exposed to it enough you will recognize that. But the loneliness and the hours ER shifts are taken everything I had left in me. BUT it could easily have gone the other way. When you try to explain to them why the church would not publish said info on their own website they get mad at you and tell you you're ignorant.

I would think that a comprise between you getting missionary discussions and her reading the CES letter would be even. My advice would be to become as familiar as possible with her schedule, and then plan activities that will allow you both to get to know each other better, avoid movies.
